How do I return something if I'm not happy?
If you receive your order and you're not happy we will gladly receive your goods back and issue you with a credit voucher. Please note that we do not issue credit voucher unless the goods are faulty.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, undamaged with all tags and original packaging intact.
The product must be received by The Boho Bazaar within 7 days after delivery. We recommend customers send back the goods via registered or express post so that you can track your parcel. The Boho Bazaar cannot take responsibility for your return parcel, so please ensure you can track it to make sure we receive it. The shipping costs of the returned goods are on the customer. However while issuing the voucher we refund you not only the full price of the item, but also the shipping costs.
What happens after I have sent my items back?
A credit note will be issued to you via email (12 month expiry), which you can redeem at any time. The credit note will be emailed to the email address used to place the order.
Are there any items I cannot return?
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings, unless the goods are defective.
We will not accept returns on sale or items purchased during special promotions or discount offers.
